great value stay!
safe building comfortable bed friendly staff
The building safety was good with ID checks at the 24-hour manned reception desk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an en suite room and the bed was really comfortable. It was a really good experience.
The window catch in my room was broken and it was really cold at times. It was a bit of a nuisance.

clean hotel comfortable bed secure building
the hotel felt clean. i find the beds comfortable in my en suite room. i appreciated that the building was secure, with id checks at the 24-hour reception. i felt safe as a lone female traveler.
the shower did not have towels. i had to drip dry. it was a inconvenience.

The reception desk was manned 24 hours. They asked for ID. The staff was helpful. They are also friendly. The hotel was clean, which I liked VERY much.
The room was hot and stuffy. There were no windows to open. The only toilet was a communal toilet. It smelt worse than public toilets. I never tried the shower BECAUSE i didn't want to risk it.

I found the hotel clean, a relief. the 24-hour manned reception provided a sense of security, especially since they checked id. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv.
the communal bathroom was quite basic.
